The City of Fort Lauderdale and the Downtown Development Authority wanted an ecommerce website where they could sell event tickets online. It was also important to them to have a content management system or CMS where they could go in and make updates to the website without having any programming skills. The CMS looks similar to any word processor program such as Microsoft Word in which you can click the "B" if you want the text to be bold. They can add new pages, change the text on any pages, upload pictures to the pages and do this without any special training in website programming or design.
